Check Out 58mm Filter Adapter for CANON PowerShot for $7.89

58mm Filter Adapter for CANON PowerShot Review

This adapter works very well on my SX20is. Very snug fit. Stays in place well when changing filters. Really expands the capabilities of a great camera. I'm a photojournalist by trade, but my passion is shooting candid snapshots. The SX20 lends itself to that very well. And now I can shoot the landscapes with a nice polarizing filter, leave a UV1 on to protect my lens, and any other 58mm filter for making good shots great. I bought the SX20 because it has a long enough zoom for most apps and I don't need to carry extra lenses. It also has a hot shoe for camera mounted flash. But no threads for filters. This adapter really opened up a lot of photo opportunities for home and pro use. I highly recommend this item!!

adapter for Canon SX 20is - William A. Semion - Plymouth, MI
It took about one minute to figure out how to attach the adapter to the front of the lens. With a 58mm width to avoid vignettes, it works perfectly.

58mm adapter for SX10is by Cowboystudio - HGH - Hawaii
Received my order of adapter and filters today. The adapter fits perfectly and securely. This adapter replaces 52mm filters I had taped to lens with electrical tape.

Does Fit SX10 - dony -
Goes on the outside of the barrel, not on the threads inside. A bit confusing to figure out.

Tips For Buying a Digital Camera For Newbies

These days, almost every family owns at least one digital camera to capture all of their memories. For families with young children, a digital camera makes it easy to share pictures of all of their big moments with friends and family far away. When shopping for the perfect digital camera, there are a few things that every consumer should ask themselves to make the right choice.

First, it is especially important for parents to think about who will be using the camera. If only the parents will be allowed to take pictures, it is fine to get an expensive, high tech camera. If the kids will be allowed to snap their own pictures, it is a good idea to get a camera that is simple to use and very durable since the children will most likely treat it as roughly as their toys.

Secondly, it is important to think about the environments where the camera will be used. Will it only come out in safe and dry situations like family parties and outings? If there are plans to take pictures by the pool or at the beach, it might be a good idea to purchase one of the many waterproof or even underwater cameras on the market. This ensures that the camera will stay safe and opens up opportunities for fun and creative pictures.

When buying a digital camera, consumers should also ask themselves how important all of the bells and whistles are to them. This will help to decide on a budget for the new camera. The most basic models simply point, shoot, and then connect to a computer for sharing. There are also more high tech cameras that include touch screens, shoot video clips and can even upload pictures to the Internet straight from the camera.

Buying a digital camera has the potential to be a considerable investment, so it is important to do some research and make the proper choice. Before making a purchase, think carefully about who will be using the camera and what for. Once the right decision is made, it will be exciting to start recording all of the family's favorite memories.

If you are into technology then you will want to invest in a Computer Video Camera. You can read my latest reviews on the best deals at my new site, http://computervideocamerasite.com.

The Things You Wish That You Didn't Find Out in Your Commercial Pet Foods

The numerous objections we will make concerning the nutritional quality of animal convenience meals match into two categories. First, they do not comprise some ingredients we wish they did: sufficient portions and qualities of proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals in addition to the intangible qualities unique to live, fresh foods. Second, they do contain other things we wish they did not:

- Slaughterhouse wastes
- Poisonous products from spoiled foodstuffs
- Non-nutritive fillers
- Heavy-metallic contaminants
- Sugar
- Pesticides and herbicides
- Drug residues
- Artificial colours, flavors and preservatives
- Bacteria and fungi contaminants

Whenever you feed your pet convenience foods, you unknowingly assist to create another problem: The presence of varied toxins and pollutants actually will increase the body's need for high quality nutrients necessary for combating or eliminating these similar contaminants. When the overall nutrition is already lower than it ought to be, we're inviting trouble.

"However wait," you say, "my cat loves this dry food and won't eat anything else!" I have heard this statement many times. However here's the thing to know: Animals don't know any better. When food has the right smell and taste, like these they have become used to over the last number of centuries, they will eat it. Have you ever heard an advert for pet food in which the statement is made about all the research that has gone into the making of the food? Have you ever wondered about how much of that "research" was discovering the irrestible taste?

Thus far, we've got considered a few essential factors and the underlying observation is: how feeding the same processed foods over and over again clearly can not support the same level of well being that follows a natural diet. Now I appeal to all pet owners, the next time when you pick up that can of pet food in the supermarkets or pet shops somewhere, keep in mind the dangers you might be doing to your beloved pets.
